Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred or given to any third party without your prior written notice or consent.

The ability to pay membership fees and any other program registration fees that may be available from time-to-time is intended as a voluntary and alternative way to make payment. With the exception of sharing your credit card information with our credit card processor, your personal information that you provide when paying membership fees or any other program registration fees will not be shared with or sold to any third party without notice or consent. Users of the online credit card payment system must be at least 18 years of age.

MasterCard and Visa are the only credit cards that may be used for payment. Credit Card information will not be stored on the SPA website. Any payments made by SPA members to SPA are directly deposited into a SPA bank account.

SPA reserves the right to make changes to this policy without notice. SPA suggests that you periodically review this Privacy Policy to remain aware of any modifications to these terms and conditions.
